TimeSlicer Terms of Use

1. Application
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the iOS application “TimeSlicer” (the “App”) provided by RINPA (“we” or “our”).
The App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
These Terms supplement the Apple EULA. In the event of any inconsistency, the Apple EULA shall prevail.
2. Conditions of Use
Users must be 13 years of age or older and agree to both these Terms and the Apple EULA to use the App.
The App’s features, specifications, or availability may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or any similar analysis of the App.
- Using the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Infringing upon the rights or interests of our company or any third party.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or to the rightful owners.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or redistribute the App beyond the scope expressly permitted by us.
5. Disclaimer
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We make no warranty regarding the continued availability, functionality, accuracy, or suitability of the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
Even if we are found liable, our total liability shall be limited to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred, up to a maximum amount of 10,000 JPY.
We shall not be liable for any lost profits, indirect damages, or special damages.
7. Amendments
We may revise these Terms when necessary.
Revised Terms will become effective upon publication within the App or on our website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
