This policy applies to the iOS app “TimeSlicer” and related forms on our website (such as the Support Form).
2. Data Handled by This App
Camera and Microphone:
Used for recording slit-scan videos. Recording and processing take place entirely on the user’s device. Saving and sharing are performed manually by the user.
Photo Library:
May be used when saving or loading created videos.
Location and Other Sensitive Data:
Currently, the app does not collect or transmit such data. This policy will be updated if specifications change.
Cookies and Similar Technologies:
The app itself does not use cookies. However, when using the Support Form protected by Google reCAPTCHA, cookies and similar technologies may be used by Google (see Section 4).
3. Data Collection and Transmission
Within the App:
The app does not transmit or store personal data on our servers. All processing is completed locally on the device.
Sharing Features:
If a user chooses to share data through their device’s sharing features, the privacy policy of the destination service will apply.
Support Form:
When users contact us via the Support Form, we collect their name, email address, and message content to respond to their inquiries.
This information is used solely for communication purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
Google reCAPTCHA is used to prevent spam (see Section 4).
Information is deleted after an appropriate retention period once it is no longer needed.
4. Use of reCAPTCHA
To prevent spam and unauthorized use, our Support Form uses Google reCAPTCHA.
reCAPTCHA may collect data such as IP address, cookies, and interaction information to determine whether the user is human.

At present, the app does not include analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.
If such tools are introduced in the future, their purpose, data items collected, recipients, and opt-out methods will be clearly stated in an updated version of this policy.

6. Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will promptly delete it.

We implement appropriate security controls, including minimizing on-device processing, requesting only necessary permissions, and utilizing operating system security features.
Information received through the Support Form is protected by reasonable safeguards such as access control and limited retention periods.

We generally do not retain personal data of app users on our servers.
For information provided through the Support Form, users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion after identity verification, within a reasonable scope.
